Before leaving Chichester on 2nd April, Mattis climbed the mast and replaced the steaming light, as we would need this for our trip overnight. We then sailed Jingo from Chichester to Plymouth. We left Chichester at 10:00 on Saturday 2nd April and arrived in Plymouth at 16:00 on Sunday 3rd April (~30 hours). Whilst on our way to Plymouth, at Start Point we lost power to our engine. From there on we sailed the rest of the way to Plymouth, which took about 4 hours. The passage distance from Start Point to Plymouth was 12Nm (nautical miles).
